Dealer Agreement
Last updated 2026-11-01
1. About this Agreement
This Dealer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between DVS Vehicle Rental Services - FZCO, a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (licence no. 75104), with its registered office at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Leasers”, “we”, “us”), and the business that registers, claims or uses a dealer showroom on leasers.ae or leasers.com (the “Dealer”, “you”).
You accept this Agreement by ticking the box when you register as a dealer, claim a showroom, or when we ask you to on signing in. The person who ticks the box confirms they are authorised to bind the Dealer. We record the version accepted, the date and time, the account used and the device details, and you agree that this acceptance is a valid electronic signature under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
This Agreement applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict on dealer services, this Agreement applies.
2. Eligibility and verification
You must hold a valid UAE trade licence that permits the sale or leasing of motor vehicles, and keep it valid while you use dealer services. You agree to give us your trade licence, your Tax Registration Number if you are VAT registered, and any other information we reasonably ask for to verify your business.
We may limit, suspend or remove a showroom that we cannot verify, or whose licence has expired.
3. Showroom profiles set up by Leasers
To make onboarding quick, we may set up a showroom profile for your business using information you have made public, such as your business name, address, opening hours, logo, website and the vehicles listed on your website or public business listings.
You can ask us to remove a profile we set up at any time, using the claim or remove option on the showroom page or by emailing [email protected]. We will take it down promptly once we have confirmed the request comes from the business.
When you claim a showroom, you take responsibility for its content from that point and the licence in section 5 applies to everything already on it, including content we imported before you claimed it.
4. Listings and stock imports
You authorise us to import your stock from your website, feeds, CSV or XML files, or API, and to keep it in sync automatically, including by reading your website on a regular schedule.
You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, whether you enter it or we import it, including the price in AED and whether it includes VAT, mileage, condition, specification, accident and service history, RTA registration status, any outstanding finance, and availability. You must remove or mark as sold any vehicle that is no longer available.
If imported data is wrong, tell us or correct it in your dealer console and we will fix it. We are not responsible for errors in data taken from your own website or feeds.
5. Licence to use your content
You grant Leasers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, copy, store, resize, reformat, translate, display and promote your listings, photos, videos, logos, trademarks and business details on the Platform and in Leasers marketing, including search engines, social media, email and advertising, for as long as the content is on the Platform and for a reasonable period afterwards to remove it from caches and backups.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you supply or that we import from your website or feeds, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You will compensate Leasers for any claim, loss or cost arising from content that breaches this section.
6. How you deal with buyers
You agree to honour advertised prices, respond to buyer enquiries within a reasonable time, describe vehicles honestly, and comply with UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, RTA requirements and VAT rules.
You must not post bait listings for vehicles you do not have, post fake reviews, ask buyers to pay in a way that puts them at risk of fraud, or contact buyers for anything other than their enquiry or purchase without their consent.
Leasers is not a party to any sale, lease or finance agreement between you and a buyer. You alone are responsible for the vehicle, the transaction, any warranty and after-sales service.
7. Plans, free trial and billing
Dealer plans, their prices and what each includes are shown on our Pricing page at the time you choose or renew a plan. All fees are in AED and exclude 5% VAT, which is added where it applies.
New and claimed showrooms receive the introductory offer shown at sign-up, currently the Pro plan free for 3 months. When a free period ends, your showroom moves to the Free plan unless you have chosen a paid plan. We will not charge your card unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. A plan change is charged or credited pro rata straight away. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and part months are not refunded. If you subscribe during a free period, billing starts when the free period ends.
We may change plan prices or what a plan includes by giving you at least 30 days’ notice. The change applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before it applies.
If a payment fails, we may move your showroom to the Free plan until it is paid.
8. Backlink discount
If your website homepage has a visible, followed link to leasers.ae that we have verified, your paid plan price is reduced by the backlink discount shown on our Pricing page.
We check the link regularly. If it is removed, hidden or no longer followed, we will tell you, and the discount stops from your next billing period unless the link is restored before then.
9. Enquiries and buyer data
We send you the enquiries buyers make about your showroom and listings. We do not guarantee any number of views, enquiries or sales.
Each of us is a separate controller of the buyer personal data we hold. You will use buyer data you receive through Leasers only to deal with that buyer’s enquiry or purchase, keep it secure, and comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
10. Our rights
We may reformat, hide or remove any listing, and suspend dealer features or a showroom, if we reasonably believe there is a breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Service, a valid complaint, an unpaid fee, or a legal risk. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
We may change, add or remove Platform features. If a change removes a main feature of a paid plan you are on, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the current month.
11. Ending this Agreement
You can close your dealer account at any time from your dealer console or by emailing [email protected]. Any paid plan then ends at the end of the current billing period.
We can end this Agreement by giving you 14 days’ notice, or straight away if you materially breach it, your trade licence is no longer valid, or we are required to by law. If we end it without cause, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid month.
When this Agreement ends, your listings and showroom are removed from public view. Sections 4, 5, 9, 12 and 14 continue to apply.
12. Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Leasers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for the acts of buyers or other users.
Leasers’ total liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Leasers in that period, or AED 1,000 if you paid nothing.
You will compensate Leasers for any claim, loss or cost arising from your listings, your vehicles, your dealings with buyers, or your breach of this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
13. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement. For material changes we will tell you by email or in your dealer console at least 14 days before they take effect and ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in. Until you accept it, we may limit dealer features. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect.
14. General
Notices to you are sent to the email address on your dealer account. Notices to us go to [email protected].
You may not transfer this Agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over the Platform.
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
