Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Leasers platform, available at leasers.ae and leasers.com (the "Platform"). By creating an account, listing a vehicle, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Leasers operates an online marketplace that connects private sellers and verified dealers with buyers of cars, motorbikes, vans and boats across the United Arab Emirates, and facilitates introductions to third-party finance partners. Leasers is not the seller of any vehicle and is not a licensed finance provider.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the UAE to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including a valid Emirates ID or trade licence where required for verification. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information or that are used in breach of these Terms.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price in AED, mileage in kilometres, condition, service history, RTA registration status and any outstanding finance on the vehicle. All prices should be stated inclusive or exclusive of 5% VAT as applicable, and clearly marked.

You must own the vehicle or be authorised to sell it. Listings must not be duplicated, misleading, or used to advertise vehicles located outside the UAE without disclosure.

You may not post unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content; advertise stolen or unregistered vehicles; circumvent our messaging to solicit off-platform payment scams; scrape the Platform; or upload malware.

We may remove any listing or content, at our discretion, that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, UAE law, or the rights of others.

Verified dealers must hold a valid UAE trade licence, comply with all applicable RTA and Economic Department requirements, honour advertised prices, and issue tax invoices where VAT applies.

Dealers are responsible for their own consumer-protection obligations, warranties, and after-sales commitments made to buyers.

Any conventional or Sharia-compliant finance and leasing options shown on the Platform are provided by independent UAE banks and licensed funders. Approval, profit rates, down payment and tenure are determined solely by the partner and are subject to eligibility, salary and credit assessment.

Leasers does not guarantee approval, does not provide credit advice, and earns introduction fees from partners. You should review the partner’s own terms before entering any agreement.

Browsing and buying enquiries are free for buyers. Certain seller and dealer services, promotions, and featured placements may carry fees that will be disclosed before you commit. All fees are quoted in AED and, where applicable, include 5% VAT.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leasers is not liable for the condition, legality, safety or quality of any vehicle, the truth of any listing, or the conduct of any user, dealer or finance partner.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Transactions and inspections are undertaken between buyer and seller at their own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
