We also collect technical data automatically, including IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, and we may collect location at emirate level to show relevant listings.

We use personal data to create and secure your account, publish and moderate listings, verify identity and dealer status, enable buyer-seller and finance-partner introductions, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and legal obligations as lawful bases for processing under the PDPL.

When you submit a finance or leasing enquiry, we share the details you provide with the relevant UAE bank or licensed funder so they can assess your request. When you contact a seller or dealer, your enquiry is shared with them.

We also use trusted service providers for hosting, identity verification, messaging and analytics under written agreements. We do not sell your personal data. Any transfer of data outside the UAE is carried out only where an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards exist, as required by the PDPL.

Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may also object to certain processing and lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
